Refund Policy

At CloudSingh, we aim to keep things simple and fair. Here is how our refund process works.

1. Flexible Plans

Your workspace plan can be changed at any time by your workspace administrator. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch to the free plan whenever you need. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods.

2. Free Plan

CloudSingh offers a free plan with no commitment required. You can use the free plan indefinitely with no credit card on file. This allows you to evaluate the platform and its features before committing to a paid plan.

3. Refund Requests

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you can request a refund by contacting our support team. To request a refund:

  • Email support@cloudsingh.in with your account email and workspace name
  • Include the reason for your refund request
  • We will review your request and respond within 3 business days

4. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We consider factors such as:

  • How long you have been on the paid plan
  • The amount of service usage during the billing period
  • Whether the issue can be resolved through support

5. Plan Changes

Instead of requesting a refund, you may prefer to downgrade your plan. Plan changes take effect immediately and your workspace limits will be updated accordingly. You can always switch to the free plan if you want to stop paying while keeping your account active.
