CloudSingh is a WhatsApp Business SaaS platform that lets businesses send messages, run bulk campaigns, automate replies, and manage contacts — all through a clean dashboard and a developer-friendly API.
The platform supports multi-tenant workspaces, so agencies and resellers can manage multiple clients from a single account. Each workspace gets isolated users, sessions, API keys, rate limits, and feature access.
Whether you need to send a single transactional message or run a campaign to thousands of contacts with scheduling, retry logic, and live delivery tracking — CloudSingh handles it. Auto responders let you set up keyword-based triggers and business-hours routing for 24/7 automated replies.
CloudSingh is built with Node.js and TypeScript on the backend, using Express for the HTTP layer and PostgreSQL for data storage. The application is containerized with Docker for consistent deployments. File storage (media attachments, campaign assets) uses Cloudflare R2.

The platform exposes a comprehensive REST API with 160+ endpoints covering messages, campaigns, contacts, sessions, webhooks, API keys, audit logs, and analytics. Every action available in the dashboard can also be performed via the API.
Webhooks deliver real-time events (message delivery, session status, inbound messages) to your own servers. Authentication uses Bearer tokens with scoped API keys. Full OpenAPI documentation is available at /docs/.
